Lovely place to meet up and chill. Open fires, great food at great prices, very down to earth friendly service and a relaxed athmosphere in this pub/restaurant make Pier 36 a real gem. When you're finished and leave via the front door what a view.
The best battered fish Ive had in years. They were very accommodating to our group of 9 adults and 3 kids. Its not fine dining but its a great family restaurant in a pretty spot by the sea. Dauphinois potatoes had a nice garlicky kick!

Great location on Donaghadee sea front. On street parking at the front and a car park to the rear, with access at the back also. Comfortable seating, child friendly, high chairs available. Baby change located in toilets, easily accessible. Fantastic grill menu selection during the day, reasonably priced. Restaurant menu with great selection in the evening, reasonably priced. Open fire at the front bar, beautiful on a cold, damp day! Excellent service from staff. Highly recommend for lunch / evening out, or even just for a coffee and a cheeky dessert!
Went for Sunday lunch and had a very good meal. I cant put my finger on it, but this place gives me bad vibes. Never seem to be comfortable in the building. Sunday roast is a must for my wife and she wasnt let down here. All in all the Sunday menu was fine.
